Send your beats to artists, and see who played them.
You've got finished beats sitting in a folder, and the ones you do send leave you guessing whether anyone pressed play. vvault gives every beat a link to paste in a DM or send by email, and tells you who played it, so you know who to follow up with.

Every beat in one place, ready to send
Upload from your computer or your iPhone, or bring beats over from Google Drive or Dropbox: you pick the files, and only those come over. Every beat sits on its own line with its BPM, key and tags, so the one an artist asks for is quick to find.
Everything starts private. Every beat, pack and folder has its own link, and you choose how far each one goes: private, invite only, anyone with the link, or for sale. More on keeping your beats in one place.
- Unlimited tracks on Pro and Ultra
- A link for every beat, pack and folder
- A dated certificate for the beats you upload on the web, on every plan

From a finished beat to a follow-up
The full walkthrough, with what to write, is in how to send beats to artists.
Put the beats in a pack
Three to five beats picked for one artist, with the closest to their sound first. The pack gets its own link.
Send the link
Paste it in a DM, an email or your bio. Or email it from vvault to as many people as you want, and each person gets their own link.
See who played
vvault tells you when someone plays, downloads or saves your beat, on every plan: by name when they're signed in to vvault or you emailed it to them from vvault.
Follow up
Write to the ones who listened, while they still remember the beat. Once or twice, a week or more apart, is enough.
Know who played your beat, and for how long
On every plan, each play, download and save shows up in your notifications, and on your iPhone. The listener is named when they're signed in to vvault or got the beat by email from you. Anyone else shows up as a listener who isn't signed in.
On Pro and Ultra, the stats page adds how long each person listened, beat by beat, and where your plays come from. 79% of the plays recorded on vvault come from a link or a page opened outside vvault's own emails, like a link pasted in a DM. See who played your beats.
- Every plan: a notification for every play
- Pro and Ultra: listening time, beat by beat
- Pro and Ultra: where your plays come from

Email a few artists at once, and keep track of them
A link pasted in a DM works fine. Email is how you see every recipient by name. Email your beats.
Every recipient, by name
Each person on the email gets their own link, so every play, download and save comes back with a name. As many people as you want on each email.
From your own Gmail
On Pro, your emails leave from your own address, with your own templates, and you can schedule up to 3 at a time.
Follow-ups that send themselves
On Ultra, set a few follow-ups once, spaced over days or weeks, and they go out on their own.
Every artist in one list
Your contacts fill up as you send, on every plan. On Pro, each one shows everything they did, in order, and the ones who listen most rise to the top.
One link for your bio
vvault.app/yourname shows the packs and beats you chose to make public, your placement credits and your Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Artists press play right on the page, no account needed, and every play shows up in your notifications.
It comes with every plan. On Ultra, pick a theme in light and dark, and put the page on your own domain. Your producer page.
- Only what you made public shows
- Put your player on another site and still see its plays
- Your own domain and themes, on Ultra
Sell the beat when an artist wants it
Put a beat, a pack or a kit up for sale on your vvault page, with your own licences: MP3, WAV, stems and exclusive, each with your own terms. The artist pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and gets a licence PDF in their name.
vvault takes 0% commission. Only Stripe's card fees apply. How selling works.
- 0% vvault commission
- A licence PDF for every sale
- Your earnings and payouts in one place

What vvault doesn't do
It won't find artists for you
vvault gives you the link and shows you what happened next. Who you send to, and what you write, is up to you.
It can't make anyone listen
Whether an artist presses play, and whether they use a beat, is their call. vvault only tells you when they do.
It's not a marketplace
vvault doesn't list your beats for buyers to browse. It gets them to the artists you pick, by link or by email, and sells them from your own page.
No Android app
There's the web app and the iPhone app. On an Android phone, use vvault in the browser.
Questions
How much does vvault cost?
There are two plans, Pro and Ultra, monthly or yearly. Pro gives you unlimited storage, a link for every beat, a notification for every play, the stats page, email to as many people as you want from your own Gmail, and selling at 0% commission. Ultra adds follow-ups that send themselves. Artists never pay to listen. See pricing.
Do artists need an account to listen?
No. They press play in their browser. Only an invite-only link asks them to sign in.
If I paste the link in a DM, will I know who played?
You'll know someone played, the moment they do, and who it was if they're signed in to vvault. To see every recipient by name, send the beat by email from vvault.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The iPhone app has your whole library and sends a notification when someone plays, downloads, saves or buys. On Android, use vvault in the browser.
Does vvault take a cut when I sell?
No. vvault takes 0% commission, on Pro and on Ultra. Only Stripe's card fees apply.
