If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of a purchase or a new subscription, without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends on delivery if you asked for it before paying (see your receipt). You may use the form below, but you do not have to: a clear e-mail is enough. For a subscription, the "Withdraw from contract here" button in Settings › Billing is the simplest way.
This document exists in French and in English. Both versions have the same value; in case of doubt, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails.

2What happens next
We acknowledge your withdrawal by e-mail. We refund every payment received from you, using the same means of payment, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, at no cost to you. For a subscription started at your request, you pay only for the days used; during a free trial, nothing.
When you withdraw from a purchase, the licence ends and you must stop using the files and delete them. The details are in sections 16A and 17 of the Terms of Use (vvault.app/homepage/terms).
